Sarasota, FL – (December 15, 2016) – Quest Design Group (QDG) hired Harrison Slocum to work in the Sarasota office as entry-level designer. As the newest member of the design staff, Mr. Slocum will work with QDG’s senior staff to support the company’s growing list of projects.
“Having recently graduated from college Harrison didn’t bring much experience to the table,” according to Robert Cave, Vice President of Operations of Quest Design Group’s Sarasota office, “but we’re confident he will fit in well with our group.”
Mr. Slocum holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and degree in Mechanical Engineering from the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering.
In what has become a rare find in Southwest Florida, the Sarasota-native returned to his hometown after college and found gainful employment. “I feel very fortunate,” says Mr. Slocum, “my whole family lives here, and I’m happy to begin my career in Sarasota.” An avid outdoorsman, Harrison enjoys running and camping in his free time.
