Renovation and improved controls of a 350 ton air handler located in the building basement.
Improved control and operation of the building cooling tower chiller pumping systems.
Rebalance of the outdoor air system provided by the basement AHU and rooftop outdoor air unit.
Replacement of the building Energy Management System (EMS).
