Twin Lakes Park:
- A new single 9,000 square foot building plus renovation of a 17,300 s.f. building “A” to house the Orioles Spring training baseball team.
- Building “A” renovation to bring into compliance with current code requirements.
- Design a piping system, with pump for water service to water closet and urinals from a Cistern designed and installed by others.
- Provided technical services for this LEED Gold Facility.
- Prepared the necessary LEED templates for posting by the LEED facilitator.
- Provided fundamental LEED commissioning.
- Assist with project scheduling.
- Assist with detailed cost estimate.
- Provided construction documents for all M/P/FP/E trades.
- Provided support of the bid phase answering questions from bidding contractors.
- Provided Florida Model Energy Form Calculation and forms.
- Provided material submittal and shop drawing reviews along with contractor progress reviews during the construction phase of the project.
